gocountry Scotland Needs You!

It might sound a bit of a cliché but it is true. We need people just like you to help us raise funds so that we can continue to work towards reaching as many disadvantaged groups across West/Central Scotland. We want to make sure that no matter where they live, they are given the best chance in life to ‘participate and enjoy an outdoor adventure experience’ to be themselves and harmonise with the outdoor challenges that Scotland has to offer, to ultimately contribute positively to their communities.

You can help us achieve this - you can be a young person, or an older person, parents, grandparents, captains of industry, businesses and organisations.

How? Well you can think up any idea where people will sponsor you, things like:

Take part in our ‘Robbie’s Challenge’
Climb a Mountain
Gorgeing for Groups
Weaseling and Bouldering for the faint hearted
William Tell archery competition

Paddling the big Lochs
Muddy Boots – Take a Hike
A corporate Jamboree and Barbecue
Abseil down a ‘Big Building’ or ‘Touch the Void and Tell’
Group Bungee Jump – sponsor the bosses for the ‘big jump’, ‘deep water’ or ‘shit creek’ - the ultimate white water rafting and rib boat experience.
Run a race, take part in a sponsored Walking Trek or Bike Trak
Organise your own event, such as a pub quiz
Sell things on EBay and donate the proceeds to us

Happy Birthday - ask your friends to give to us, instead of buying presents.

We would like to help you promote any fundraising you are doing so email us at info@gocountry.co.uk and tell us about what you are doing.

In return we will tell you what difference your funds are making to go country disadvantaged groups in Scotland.
